- Primary care for ages 13 and up
- Sick visits, COVID-19, diabetes, hypertension and infections
- Ongoing internal medicine and chronic condition management
Please note: excludes maternity, obstetrics and pediatrics. No prescriptions will be provided for controlled substances. This practice does not work with insurance.
